The building had many challenges itself. The function, ADA compliancy,
and aesthetics all needed to be improved to meet the expectations of the company profile.
Some specific challenges were:
Restricting and irregular shape of existing building.
Opening up existing areas while keeping designated work areas.
Move ramp from rear to entrance of building so anyone can access building from the front entrance.
